CARDIAC SONOGRAPHERSan Francisco, California, United States165-205K + Paid Relocation + Signing Bonus + Full Benefits8:00-4:30 pm M-F with weekend coverage, must rotate on Saturday.FT DAYSUnder the general supervision of the Medical Director of the Echocardiography Lab and the Associate Director of Cardiovascular Diagnostic Services and direct supervision of the Adult Echocardiography Lab Supervisor, performs echocardiographic ultrasound studies on varied patient groups, interprets acquired data, and develops preliminary reports according to departmental procedures and job standards. Completes job duties with minimal clinical supervision. Works alongside other sonographer staff in a collegial manner to facilitate the completion of scheduled or ordered echocardiographic exams. Proficient in providing all clinical modalities offered in the Echo Lab. Contributes to the team dynamic through communication, initiative, and productivity.Basic Sonographer classification requirements:(RDCS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or (RCCS) Registered Congenital Cardiac SonographerBLS- Basic Life Support requiredCompletion/graduation of an approved cardiac sonographer training programFlexibility in scheduling, ability to rotate shifts and coverage for weekends and holiday work at all Medical Center locationsMinimum of one (1) year post-graduate experience performing adult cardiac echocardiograms in a similar healthcare settingCurrent registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS, RCCS, ACS)Graduate of a formal accredited ultrasound training program from an approved schoolPrefer adult congenital, structural heart, heart and lung transplant, and advanced heart failure experience. Experience with VAD, ECMO, TAVR, Mitra-Clip, and other advanced therapies.Prefer EPIC EMR and Syngo Dynamics system experienceSKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONSCurrent registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS or ACS).AHA BLS- Basic Life SupportCompletion/graduate of an approved cardiac sonographer training programThis position requires flexibility to orient and work at all Medical Center locations.Experience with congenital heart disease patients and/or HCM patientsIDEAL CANDIDATECurrently holds registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS or ACS)Minimum of one or more years of post-graduate experience performing adult cardiac echos.Completion/graduate of an approved cardiac sonographer training programExperience with congenital heart disease patients and/or HCM patientsJob Type:
