Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain a network of ecosystem buildersWrite, test, and deploy implementation examples and guidesAttract, engage, and coach world-class community developer advocatesCollaborate with the software engineering team to improve Lit's SDKsMaintain developer documentation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a DevRel roleExperience in ReactExperience in software engineering with a focus on JavascriptStrong problem-solving skillsThe ability to work in North American time zones
Bonus Qualifications:
Knowledge of Ethereum, smart contracts, and Ethers.jsExperience in building a Dapp or with Lit ActionsPublishing a blog focused on a developer audience
Salary:
At Lit Protocol, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of $90,000 - $150,000/year, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Lit Protocol is a distributed network for key management and serverless compute in order to add more interoperability, utility, and usability to blockchains and storage networks, the developers building on these systems, and their end users. The teams in the Lit ecosystem are working across blockchain and storage networks, wallets, gaming, web3 social, DeFi, bridges, DAOs, verifiable credentials, provenance, and more.
In Developer Relations, you'll be working with a team of 17 motivated and talented builders on the core team and thousands of ecosystem developers to build the next internet.
