About the Position
As a Clinic Medical Director, you will serve as a physician at one of our clinical sites in addition to supporting and managing the administration of clinical practice for providers across primary care service lines at your designated site. This position will work in close collaboration with operational and nursing leadership at the site.Legacy is a proud employer sponsor of TACHC Loan Repayment program for physicians and therapists, where eligible employees can earn up to $180,000 in loan repayment assistance.Key Responsibilities

Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical schoolCurrent Texas licensureBoard Certified in a Primary Care Specialty (Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Adult Medicine, or Family Practice)3 years of clinical experience, post-residencyLeadership or management experienceCommunity healthcare experienceExperience supporting clinical programs across departmentsAbout Legacy Community Health

We also service students within KIPP and YES Prep schools.
