The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the assigned region. The VP of HR plays a critical role in shaping the company's culture and will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that drive the business forward.Responsibilities & Objectives:Provide leadership in all aspects of human resources and execute strategic talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession planning objectives.Own and manage workforce planning to address current and future headcount needs.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Lead organizational development and training initiatives to enhance leadership and employee performance.Ensure fairness and equity in compensation practices.Drive a performance-driven culture that aligns with company goals and values.Champion diversity and inclusion efforts.Develop and manage the HR budget.Lead and mentor the HR team.Analyze trends and metrics and make data-driven decisions.Align KPIs with company values and business objectives.Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in highly matrixed organizationsDemonstrated leadership and team management expertiseStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsChange agent and continuous improvement mindsetAble to manage multiple high-priority initiativesAcute business acumen & ability to assess and resolve organizational issuesPreferred Certifications:
