The Environmental Unit offers advice on a full range of legal issues to DNREC, which includes the following Divisions: Waste and Hazardous Substances, Fish & Wildlife, Parks & Recreation, Watershed Stewardship, Water, Coastal, Climate & Energy, and the Environmental Crimes Unit. This DAG will also defend DNREC before administrative boards and Delaware Courts, review documents, permits and contracts, and review legislation and regulations, as well as provide advice in areas such as human relations and risk management.
