To provide technical assistance in relation to Astrea products and their use, to internal and external customers, and provide pre & post sales support.Principle Responsibilities
Addressing responses to Technical Support questions from Customers and Sales team Members.Managing the administration of cases in Salesforce.Work with internal customers (Salesforce lead, marketing) to develop and improve systems around technical support case management and customer feedback.Providing Technical Support and follow up for the sales team in pre and post sales.Lead and direct technical presentations and discussions with customers.Liaise with R&D to provide technical support to internal & external customers, and the sales team.Identifying suitable seminars, conferences, etc., and attending to obtain information to further support Astrea's products and sales team.Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent.Experienced within the Biotechnology/Drug discovery industry.Working knowledge of chromatography, protein purification, cell and gene therapy.Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team across multiple sites.Familiarity with Astrea product range, use of product range, and troubleshooting for customers.
