OverviewThe VP, Information Technology (CIO) is key to the success of our global operations. The strategic impact of this function is significant and requires innovation to be successful to future proof our IT technology roadmap, to scale enterprise capabilities and support game changing initiatives. This position reports to SVP and CIO, IT overseeing all functions supporting Operations including Manufacturing for the enterprise.The RoleThe mission of this role is to add significant value by developing and driving our IT charter for our business. Our charter is focused on business partnership alignment, operational excellence, technology strategy and organizational development. Areas of focus and priorities are always grounded on business need and incorporate industry trends to deliver maximum value.Ensures strong alignment with business functions on IT strategies and 3–5-year roadmaps, acting as a collaborative technology thought partner.Supports delivery of best-in-class execution of our manufacturing organization.Identifies, tracks and measures SLA, KPI’s and metrics with a mindset of continuous improvement.Builds and drives digital transformation enabling a highly productive workforce by enabling self-serve and using AI/ML to drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies.Creates a growth mindset within the organization and invests in leadership development, this includes being a mentor to IT leadership team members.Builds a capable, flexible talent pool and shapes agile IT operating and delivery models.Creates empowered teams and fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment for all employees to succeed.IT Functional AccountabilitiesOverall IT Strategy design and Process ManagementIT Infrastructure and Information SecurityEnterprise Applications and AnalyticsIT Architecture, AI/ML, Big Data Platform and Factory Analytical ApplicationsEngineering and Manufacturing ITSales and Marketing ITDigital Workplace Technology – Collaboration, Workplace Experience and AutomationQualifications

RequirementsExperienced IT LeaderThis individual will ideally have at least 15 years of experience leading an IT function for a global semiconductor company with annual revenues of over $2 billion with a proven track record of high performance.Experience having led strategic initiatives related to M&A and Divestitures in a publicly traded company strongly preferred.Global ExposureA globally minded leader, this executive will be at home doing business in our worldwide environment with team members located in the Americas, APAC and EMEA.
