With a keen eye, you understand the importance of details and have the ability to create organization and structure and impart that to others within the team.About The RoleAs the Post Production Asset Coordinator, you play a critical role in the post-production process which includes the management, organization, updating, distributing and more of goop’s digital assets. In this role, you are responsible for working within the Creative team to distribute assets and provide access to cross-functional partners. You help manage the retouching calendar in coordination with deadlines. This role reports into the Post Production Manager and is a part of the Creative Production team.Responsibilities Include:Own the content creation workflow; Project manage file organization, storage, and image processing according to requirements before delivering assets between postproduction and business partners.Responsible for sourcing all information from photo/video shoot and adding that to metadata.Experience in how to convert files from one format to another, rename by batch, crop images for final delivery, upload, and off load large amounts to and from hard drives.Confident in moving large amounts of assets from servers/drives and providing the team with cohesive file naming conventions.Ownership of sorting Access in file system (making sure the correct people have access to files).Partner with the Post Production Manager to elevate and refine our post-production systems and processes.Support, build, and maintain post-production calendars and timelines.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align postproduction and final asset objectives with business goals, ensuring successful project outcomes.Monitor assigned projects, evaluating and reporting progress and quality of work, recognizing when things veer off course, and escalating issues to senior management as necessary.Qualifications & Experience2+ years’ experience in post-production, creative operations, media management, project management or a related role within an in-house brand or creative agency.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time.Experience in server organization, DAM system, and/or digital photography archiving.Pro-active problem-solving skills with resourcefulness and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.Compensation : $60,000 – $65,000 + Equity. This is a full-time, non-exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles, CA based position. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
