We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Engineer to support our federal client. Our ideal candidate is well versed in FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP compliance requirements. In this role, you will provide secure cloud services and implement/maintain web-based dashboards.Location:
This is a Remote position; however, candidates located in the Washington DC area or East Coast are strongly preferred.*This role is contingent upon contract awardKey Responsibilities:Ensure the cloud-based server is secure, available, scalable, and compliant.Stand up a functional test environment for the platform.Integrate system access control with the client's internal enterprise solution for access management.Ensure cloud services performed for the platform meet the required regulations in controls e.g., FISMA, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FOIA, etc.Support the creation of security and privacy documentation required to achieve an ATO for the platform.Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.6+ years of Information Technology infrastructure experience.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure products and capabilities.Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure.Experience in software engineering, design architecture, analyzing computer hardware and software solutions.Desired:
