Our Global Reverse Logistics Technology company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to establish large markets in a number of Business to Business (B2B) sectors. Applicants must have prior experience in B2B Sales. We provide training in our innovative technology. We are seeking a driven individual, capable of growing and managing our relationships with medium & large businesses in the USA.Responsibilities:

Identify and establish markets, channels, and new clients.Develop client relationships and strategic partnerships – be the ‘tip of the spear’ in generating new opportunities.Manage the company’s B2B Sales team.Develop and manage strategic account plans – including identifying and pursuing winning strategies.Be a ‘voice of the customer’ to the organization, providing input on market and customer requirements that will be integrated in new designs.Work with the product and supply chain teams to ensure a high level of communication and delivery to our customers.Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.Implement and analyze marketing strategies, in coordination with the marketing team.Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.Utilize growth and full-cycle sales strategy focused both on financial growth and customer support, and see that strategy through from initial contact to close.Consistently coordinate and collaborate with company’s product and supply chain management teams to ensure a very high level of customer delivery and satisfaction.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Business Development / Sales Director.Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.Strong verbal and written communication skills (English), including Excel and PowerPoint.Be exceptionally driven, confident, and well organized.Be able to think independently, quickly, and analytically.Be truly self-reflective and open to new ideas and collaboration.Exhibit an entrepreneurial approach and mindset.Additional Beneficial Experience (Not Required):

Selling technology and or energy/power management solutions.Background in solar, energy, golf, recreational vehicles, and or wireless infrastructure industries.Employment Location:
