A Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science is required. Candidates must have at least five years of experience with data querying languages and scripting languages, alongside a strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling. Experience with statistical models and the ability to effectively communicate technical information is essential.
