This internship will involve a hands-on learning experience with many core activities of running a startup private equity firm. An Associate should expect to develop a fundamental knowledge of how lower-middle market companies are bought and sold. Associates will also gain a working understanding of the industry participants involved in lower-middle market transactions and the motivating factors driving their behavior.Pay:

This also means not sharing any information in either written or verbal form with your friends, classmates, or family.
