Senior International Tax Manager

Don't miss this exciting opportunity!What You Will DoYour mission: ensure the timely and accurate submission of tax returns while navigating the intricate tax implications of upcoming mergers and acquisitions. You'll dive into a diverse array of tasks crucial to our U.S. compliance and tax provision efforts. In the role of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration, you'll engage in various functions related to the company's international tax planning strategies, all while reporting to the Director of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration.Work with business partners on international tax issues and provide assistance on development and implementation of company-wide international planning initiatives;Support the development of international principal company structure as applicable, legal entity rationalization project, other international reorganizations, and repatriation planning. This would include modeling to determine ROI of the relevant projects.Support international M&A deals, including due diligence and post-acquisition integrationResearch and monitor issues and changes in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and US international tax impact.Assist with the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, including the review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies;Assist with preparation and maintenance of intercompany agreementsCoordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors;Assist with management and coordination of international tax auditsDemonstrate working experience with international tax planning and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint in a financial business setting.What Skills & Experience You Should BringCPA strongly preferredBig 4 and/or combination with technology industry experience preferred5+ years of international tax experienceStrong international tax planning and excellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess great project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teamsAbility to operate in a fast paced, changing environmentStrong organization skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlinesTrimble's Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
