The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of substantial experience in securitization and structured finance or transactional experience with a strong interest in working within the Collateralized Loan Obligations space. Prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities is preferred. Excellent academic credentials are required.Duties:Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and other structured credit transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents related to structured finance and securitization.Advise clients on legal and regulatory matters related to CLOs, private credit, and other structured finance products.Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to manage transactional processes from start to finish.Conduct legal research and analysis to support structured finance transactions and advise clients on related matters.Provide ongoing legal support and guidance to clients on fund finance, NAV-based facilities, and subscription line credit facilities.Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.Stay informed on developments in structured finance and securitization law, including relevant regulatory changes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development efforts.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.2+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance, or substantial transactional experience with a desire to specialize in CLOs and structured credit.Strong understanding of structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions.Prior experience with private credit, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities is preferred.Excellent academic credentials.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.Ability to manage multiple transactions and work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and transactional software.
