Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success and professional development.Business Development:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to secure new projects and partnerships.Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share insights internally and externally through publications, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.Client Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions that drive value and exceed expectations.Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of consulting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.Team Collaboration:
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.Qualifications
US Citizen or authorization to work in the USRelocation to Atlanta is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related fieldMaster’s degree is preferred7+ years of experience in the management consulting industryStrong domain expertise in strategic planning, organizational change management, and business process optimizationProven track record of leading and managing consulting projects from inception to successful completionExcellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop innovative solutionsProven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering valueStrong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring junior consultantsProven business development or sales history to bring in new projects and clients (preferred)Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholdersExperience working in various industries, with a focus on automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace sectors being advantageousWillingness to travel up to 100% (depending on COVID-19 guidelines)Agile certification and/or experience is preferredHow to apply?
