Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesJoin a dynamic team as a Project Architect, where you'll play a pivotal role in producing top-tier construction documents that adhere to the company's standards. From Schematic Design to Construction Administration, you'll be involved in every phase of their projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion within budgetary constraints. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll oversee and mentor a dedicated production team, ensuring their performance aligns with their quality and client service benchmarks.

Your Impact:

Lead the production of construction documents and specifications, maintaining compliance with the company's rigorous standards.

Coordinate and guide architectural and/or engineering teams to execute work in an efficient, orderly, and coordinated manner.

Ensure projects meet client-set budget goals and schedules, while also coordinating with government agencies and utility companies to resolve any plan check and approval issues.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of building codes and ensure strict compliance across all projects.

Mentor and supervise junior staff, overseeing their assignments and fostering their professional growth.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Production Directors, and Client Executives to supervise project staff and establish work plans, budgets, and task schedules.

Here's What You'll Need:

Architecture License Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with proficiency in Revit.

Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
