Payments Product Manager - USD Domestic Payments

Location: Dallas

The USD Domestic Payments Product Manager is pivotal in providing the direction and end-to-end management of our payment products and services, with a special focus on USD domestic payment methods and rails. The incumbent owns responsibility for the development of new products, continual product improvement and enhancement, management of product risks, and contribution to overall product strategy and commercialization. The role requires a good understanding of the different payment options available to corporate and institutional businesses within the United States, spanning across well-established methods such as wires, ACH, and checks to more recent developments in real-time payments.

Responsibilities include:Driving the payments product strategy forward through partnership with key stakeholders including Engineering in delivering solutions that utilize the latest technology to provide value to clients.Operating as a subject matter expert for one or more USD domestic payment mechanisms.Commercialization of transaction banking services by packaging products into solutions that provide value to clients.Moderate travel may be required for the role.

Ideal candidate has:Experience in product management or product sales or operations in transaction banking or cash/treasury management.Basic payment rail knowledge, particularly in USD wire, ACH, and checks.Ability to understand risks and controls entailed in end-to-end payment execution and the delivery of payment services.Ability to balance attention to detail with high-level business goals and strategy.Ability to interact and partner with stakeholders within and across cross-functional teams.Logical and analytical skills to understand and articulate customer needs.Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or military experience.At least 1 year of experience in a payments/settlement/treasury management/operations role.Skills with MS-Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience working with digital products or payment products.Experience in Agile and waterfall SDLC.
