The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush University Medical Center is seeking applications for a Research Scientist who will support the Chair of the Department in the continued expansion of the OBGYN Research Program. Candidates should be passionate about conducting complex reproductive health research to decrease reproductive health disparities and enhance health equity. This individual should plan and direct qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and other research relevant to Obstetrics and Gynecology and related subspecialties, including Complex Family Planning, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology. We are seeking an experienced researcher who has a background in conducting grant-funded research, scholarly activities (peer-reviewed publications, presentations etc.), and faculty mentorship. Ideal candidates are MD/DO and BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology and PhD level candidates with training in Public Health, Epidemiology or other related fields.
