IOC ICSS Specialist (Onshore)IOC (INTEGRATED OPERATIONS CENTER) ICSS SpecialistThis is an onshore position on rotational 28/28, which will be based in SBM’s Guyana Shore base. Support approved tasks and activities onshore and assist offshore when required.Key Responsibilities:Manage, maintain, and support the shore IOC network domain.Access and control network equipment, servers, switches, firewalls, thin clients, virtual machines, and control schematics.Implement effective controls to ensure IOC protection, ensuring images and backups are maintained up to date, and keep fire call and recovery procedures current.Test and verify catastrophic failure recovery, keeping documentation procedures relevant and tested.Apply cybersecurity policies and procedures, monitoring and ensuring protection measures are maintained for early intrusion detection.Integrate prescribed cybersecurity preventative maintenance tasks into shore supporting activities.Generate and maintain supporting documentation conforming to best practices and guidelines.Document and ensure MOC actions are recorded and comply with MOC and SCR policies.Ensure ICSS instructions are adhered to, making required recommendations and changes as applicable.Coordinate Management of Change requests, including major upgrades, repairs, and overhauls, supervising and directing execution of the work as necessary.Participate in reliability studies and help establish maintenance philosophies related to the ICSS.Provide support to Digital Project developments.Support onshore data application systems such as Osisoft PI, Matrikon Alarm Manager, and Control Performance Monitor.Specific Skills:Knowledge of PCS7 is a must.Knowledge of offshore and onshore data systems.Good practical knowledge of Management of Change for ICSS modifications and Risk Assessment (RA).Computer literate in Microsoft packages and familiarity with software-based maintenance systems.Offshore survival and medical desirable/required.Ability to travel internationally (short term), including offshore.Pre-hire Qualifications and Experience:5 years minimum in ICSS/DCS in hydrocarbon processing operations.Good networking knowledge and networking equipment.Extensive knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety.Good working knowledge of DCS and F&G systems operation.Conscientious, flexible, versatile, and determined with assertive communication skills.Assertive leadership skills with good levels of written and spoken communication in English.GENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company headquartered in Amsterdam.
