The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, solutioning, designing, and implementing Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and SQLs to support our healthcare software applications. As a PL/SQL Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business needs and driving the success of our healthcare IT projects.Key Responsibilities:Understand the data, business requirement and perform data analysis to support building new PL/SQL object and/or modify existing onesPerform code promotions and unit test that the codes are operating correctlyPerform Technical Review of requirements, analyze source data and provide gap analysisDemonstrate the organization's Core Competencies and values held withinCollaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departmentsResearch, construct, develop, and test complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for new developmentsCoordinate cross-functional projects as assigned and interact with all areas of the organization to achieve timely resultsWork with the advanced features of PL/SQL like collections, nested table, ref cursors, materialize views and dynamic SQLEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirementsCommunicate with end users on functional and logical issue and facilitate discussions to arrive at a solutionUse of structured coding methodology and to follow organization's PL/SQL development guideline/coding practice such that the developed code is reusable and shared across projects and of high standardMonitor and optimize database and PL/SQL object performance to ensure optimal application response timePerform code reviews/walk-throughs and unit testing of code developed by team membersWork with team members to develop program units that integrate seamlessly into the overall systemRequirements

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in PL/SQL development and systems analysis in the healthcare IT industryStrong proficiency in database design, data modeling, and PL/SQL programmingShell Scripting KnowledgeBasic Java Working knowledge of JavaEffective communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsKnowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAAExperience with Oracle databases and healthcare software applicationsPreferred Technology/ExperienceData Modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler)Healthcare IT systems and applicationsSQL Tuning and Optimization techniquesBusiness Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) toolsHealthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)Benefits
