Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director Enterprise-Wide Applications to lead the ERP SAP Organization for Manufacturing and Logistics. This role covers Engineering to Manufacturing interfaces, Shop Floor Systems, MRP, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics including MRO.

Candidates will need to be local to one of the following locations and will be able to work in a hybrid capacity with a potential of up to 50% travel. There will be no option for full-time telecommuting in this role.

There are 3 main expectations for the job:

Running the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth operational support for the areas described above.

Leading any projects or initiatives related to the areas described above.

Having strategic discussions with different Operations organizations to build roadmaps and strategies related to the areas described above.

The expectation is for the candidate to hit the ground running and lead the organization in implementing the next generation shop floor systems - PEO.

Responsibilities include analyzing, evaluating, modifying, configuring, testing, and implementing enterprise-wide purchased systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.). This includes preparing application system specifications and planning, implementing, and coordinating system upgrades, enhancements, or maintenance.

Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others, including the ability to interact effectively with senior-level management.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15-20 years of related experience in Engineering or Computer Science.

5+ years experience in managing a large organization, including managing virtual teams.

Experience in setting and managing budgets.

At least 10+ years in SAP, especially in the Manufacturing and Logistics area.

Functional experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, and/or logistics area.

Must be eligible and have the ability to obtain and retain a TS/SCI clearance.

Recognized people leadership success.

Ability to interact and partner with Supplier/Vendor.

Ability to interact with and present to internal and external customers, as well as executive-level management on status, issues, and corrective actions.

Proven Program Management experience and the ability to influence and work collaboratively across the corporation.

Ability to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with S/4, especially migration from ECC to S/4.

Salary Range:

$181,900 - $272,900

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
