The successful applicant will fulfill our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.Sales director responsibilities involve creating key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. You will also be responsible for hiring the appropriate sales team members and meeting sales targets together.Successful execution of these strategies is necessary in order to reach financial targets. Sales director duties may include hitting annual goals, building relationships with clients and understanding trends within B2B clients' demographics.An excellent Sales Director should oversee an organization's marketing ventures.
