Lead consulting and implementation projects for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).Define client specific solution architectures for PLM, with focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required.Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teams.Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes.Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio.Support the further development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in PLM.Identification of potential new projects with customers and support acquisition of this new business.Technical support of sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in Europe.Your Profile:

Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level).4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or technical Project Management.Able to work autonomously and focus on goals.Customer service-oriented.Experience in conducting and managing workshops.Experience in designing, configuring and customizing PLM software.Knowledge of IT architecture related to PLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems.Specific PLM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.Languages: good proficiency (written and spoken) in English. German/French would be a plus.Willingness to travel.As a Technical Architect, you will be a key stakeholder in the project team. This person is at the hub of our Customer Success business, leading our delivery effort with Field Leaders, Project Managers, Delivery Communities, and Operations.Collaboration with:

PTC or partner architects to design, implement and validate solutions which are deployed in private and/or public cloud infrastructures.Client IT/IS representatives to ensure that the proposed solution follows their established environment, configuration, deployment, and hosting standards.Client executive personnel to ensure that overall program goals are in alignment with the client's high-level business objectives.PTC executive personnel to ensure that the program is progressing along a satisfactory path that delivers maximum client value.PTC Business Development leads to identify future opportunities for expansion and business value.Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
