Client Relationship Specialist

As one of our Client Relationship Specialists, you'll assist financial advisors by providing administrative support to our high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and endowments nationwide. A typical day includes working closely with our Private Wealth Advisors to support their business plan, expand existing relationships and build new ones, manage all aspects of the client relationship, and initiate new accounts and maintenance requests.You are highly skilled in prioritizing many different tasks while providing personalized service. You are never too busy for a conversation because you strive to make every customer feel valued. Your focus and attention on clients’ needs is your number one priority. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.Minimum Requirements:You have a bachelor’s degree.You know the financial services industry and have experience working with the needs of high-net-worth individuals. You have the interest and ability to develop a deep understanding of investment concepts.You have customer service experience within the financial services sector. You are familiar with wealth management concepts, business processes, and regulations.You appreciate the sense of accomplishment achieved when you solve a problem using your good judgment.You are highly observant and have a great amount of anticipation. This helps you prepare materials in a comprehensive manner, ensuring nothing is missed.You thrive in team settings. You have excellent communication skills, ask great questions, bounce ideas off others, and confidently share your perspective.San Francisco Base Salary Range: $101,903-$163,045In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.* Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.We are an equal opportunity employer, which means we comply with all federal, state and local laws that prohibit discrimination when making all decisions about employment.
