It is a transformative experience that reimagines how an expert prepares and files taxes for a customer virtually, ensuring their taxes are done with complete confidence and maximum refund guaranteed.Your RoleAs a senior product manager for a 2-sided service offering, you need to gain a comprehensive understanding of how people, processes, and technology interact and connect with one another. You will lead a cross-functional team to identify customer needs and pain points, create the transformative service experience, and translate them into actionable development plans. Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with objectives.Understand how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics.Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.Build strong working relationships with senior executive leaders across Intuit teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps.Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly with a learning mindset and a bias toward action.Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.Minimum Requirements

5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.Proven track record of delivering results that impact critical business; 2-sided network experience is a plus.Technical Product Management DNA; engineering and system analyst background is a plus. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences is a plus.Energized by working across multiple teams with strong partnership and influence skills, driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Insanely curious, with a strong attention to detail; self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.Bachelor’s degree required, with a focus in computer science; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
