VP Clinical Services/CNOPOSITION SUMMARY:The Director is responsible for the interdisciplinary operations of the Inpatient Programs. The Director ensures exceptional, team-oriented rehabilitation care by supporting an evidence-based, “best practice” and patient-centered approach to program development. The Director ensures that the team adheres to all Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) regulations and documentation requirements. The Director oversees inpatient therapy, care coordination and IRF-PAI, and collaborates closely with nursing and providers.Start Wage:

$105,584.39The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Certification/Licensure: Current State of Hawaii Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy licensure.Current BLS certification.Completion of competencies and other job-related and REHAB requirements.Education:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Physical or Occupational Therapy.Skills/Experience:Three (3) years clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.Management Experience:Two (2) years of supervisory experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Certification/Licensure:Advanced certification in a therapy specialty.Education:Master’s Degree in related therapy specialty, business, healthcare administration or related field.Skills/Experience:Valid State of Hawaii driver’s license.EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS USED:Computers, computerized and written information, facsimile machine, telephone. Knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office and databases.
