Develop working relationships with key Fifth Third affiliate personnel to achieve mutual goals.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory groups and agencies.
Generate fee income by developing and providing investment banking services to key relationships.
Work with the Manager to determine individual goals and objectives.
Supervisory Role
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; and recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
