You will be responsible for establishing a shared vision for your area, working closely with cross-functional team members across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, to develop a winning roadmap, and deliver it.Key Responsibilities:Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that customers need and love, and drive measurable impact.Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify the biggest opportunities for impactful improvements.Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis.Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft effective product strategies.Motivate and inspire a team of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference.Join us in creating the future of work management and be part of our mission to empower businesses worldwide.Your Experience & Skills
