This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Mankato, MN.Job Overview:Reporting to the CEO/President, the Chief Operating Officer is the executive manager responsible for Retail Deposit and Bank Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, and Information Technology.This position provides leadership and direction to the functional supervisors who manage the teams responsible for the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assuring that the bank’s operational functions are operating efficiently, and that technology is being utilized to maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess qualities necessary to oversee the total process.A critical component of this role is to continuously ensure an exceptional customer service experience is delivered.
