One professional at a time.Position Summary:The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the successful planning, development, and execution of clinical-based practices across Verbal Beginnings center-based, early intervention services. They will ensure the implementation of ABA therapy services in accordance with clinical best practices and are responsible for the clinical effectiveness of center-based staff. The Director of Clinical Operations is fundamentally responsible for ensuring the programmatic adherence to the mission, vision, and culture of Verbal Beginnings.Wellness & Mental Health:Paid Family LeaveOther Great Benefits:Relocation Assistance - Ask Us!Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays - 24 Days Off Per Year!Professionally-Managed 401(K) PlanProfessional DevelopmentBCBA Owned & Operated Since 2011About You:Licensure to practice ABA in the State of Maryland (LBA)Meets supervision requirements set forth by the BACBExperience implementing clinical programs and systems in clinic-based settingsPrevious experience with supervision per BACB standardsPrevious experience with early intervention with an emphasis on Verbal BehaviorBLS/CPR certification, including pediatric BLS/CPRAs a Director of Clinical Operations, you will:Monitor clinical performance across centers.Develop training, guidance, and oversight as needed.Routinely report on critical clinical and operational performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement for all centers.Collaborate with Operational Team Members.Provide mentorship and consultation to clinical leadership across centers.Provide oversight and training of Verbal Beginnings safety standards.Develop and Implement Clinical Standards and Processes for Center Operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local universities and organizations related to the field of ABA.Develop and oversee Verbal Beginnings’ standards for BCBA trainee supervision program.Establish standards and competencies for peer reviews and insurance-based regulations.Participate in free VBU CEU events.Support quarterly evaluations process for center clinical leadership according to VBC policies and procedures.Promote and uphold Verbal Beginnings’ mission, vision, and core values.Establish and uphold ethical clinical practices across centers.Comply with all company policies outlined in the Employment Agreement, BCBA/BCaBA Manual, and Center Policies documents.Other duties as assigned.Company Overview:Verbal Beginnings is a growing, BHCOE-accredited and BCBA-owned and operated autism therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism.
