This individual will be responsible for data, reporting, and orchestrating all of the systems, processes, and people to run a stellar marketing machine.This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA location and requires you to be onsite a minimum of 2 times a week.Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and analyze marketing data in Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo.Analyze and monitor key metrics and indicators for campaign spend, lead generation, and funnel efficiency to improve the return on investment and profitability of future campaigns.Work with cross-functional teams to build and optimize attribution models.Support marketing leadership in developing and setting marketing targets, budget allocation strategies.Partner closely with Marketing leadership to uncover insights and assist in crafting strategies that optimize our lead generation efforts.Deliver data and insights for QBRs, executive updates, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed.Collaborate with the Data Warehouse/IT teams to expand coverage of reliable data and automate recurrent data needs.Drive marketing database strategy: analyzing gaps in our data, contact acquisition strategy, practices that ensure data quality, and measuring database health.Design and implement marketing-specific data models, data transformation, and automation scripts on the enterprise data warehouse.Advocate and champion data-driven approaches in our B2B marketing efforts by leading new workstreams.Be viewed as the go-to expert for marketing performance and optimization opportunities.Experience / Qualifications
7+ years of experience in analytics/strategy/operations roles.Demonstrates knowledge of B2B SaaS Marketing metrics and methodologies.Data-driven and self-motivated attitude and mindset.Solves problems by searching for root causes, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data.Communicates clearly and crafts messages that resonate with the audience.Knows and has used platforms with SQL endpoints, data visualization, marketing automation tools, and web analytics.Is data-driven and proficient with advanced analytics skills.Emphasizes relationships with business partners to deeply understand their priorities.Is flexible and familiar with fast-paced, high-growth environments.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:California: $149,900 - $187,400 base salary + 10% target variableNon-California: $124,900 - $156,100 + 10% target variableThe specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.In addition to competitive base + variable, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday, and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.Uniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
