is seeking a

Senior Project Manager

with experience in the design and construction management of public sector/municipal projects.Additionally, experience with state, county and local municipality projects including those for Higher Education clients or K-12 school district clients is a plus. This individual should be a self-starter, able to take initiative and drive activities with limited oversight.Responsibilities:Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.Financial management – Ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilizing financial systems in order to monitor a project’s financial status.Project planning, including producing a detailed project plan.Monitoring and applying performance management techniques.Managing the change control process.Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.Preparing formal project budget progress and other reports.Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards.Working to construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projects.Identifying opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.Qualifications

Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.Great time management skills. Ensure that the project is managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently and on time.Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.Experienced working as an effective team member within the context of delivering a specific commission.Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities, are identified.Key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained.Education / Experience:8+ years of Design and Construction Management experience.Alternative Deliver (PDB Preferred).CCM, P.E., or an architect.Demonstrated experience leading the design and construction phases.Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is

$100K-$170

per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
