General Sales Manager , you will be responsible for the successful operation of the sales department at the dealership by leading the team and following DGDG processes.What you'll be working on:Hire, motivate and monitor the performance of the teamCoach sales team to maximize guest satisfactionLead all sales activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledgeEnsure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvementConduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Online and Product SpecialistsMentor new and experienced sales reps on standard methodologies for improving performanceEnsure proper follow up of all guests by developing, implementing, and monitoring our DGDG toolsAchieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealershipWhat you need to bring to the table:Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experiencePossess successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores and above average performanceStrong background in leveraging technology and driving DGDG processesExperience in Used Vehicle management preferredExpertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales teamRepresent the DGDG Core Values of Integrity, Caring, Performance, and EfficiencyDMV Check requiredSalary:
$84,000-$240,000/annually*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
