Assistant Store Manager
to join our busy team in
DFO Perth !Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage all aspects of running the storeLead, coach, and develop the teamProvide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customersDrive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the companyCreate an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your teamImplement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM teamEnsure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintainedProcessing and replenishing stockWhat are we looking for?A genuine love and understanding of our brandAn experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your teamPrevious management experience in a retail or customer service environmentYou cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation, and accountability to maximize performanceYou lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and genuine customer connectionsYou have outstanding communication skillsYou are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skillsThe ability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.
