General Manager

Responsibilities:Responsible for all budgets: labor, material, admin.Manage account receivables.Review monthly reports and understand the P&L.Understand cash flow.Client Management:Establish and maintain a Client Contact Log.Maintain Client Survey Program.Act as primary client contact person.Establish Maintenance and Enhancement budgets with clients.Participate in local client-driven activities.Employee Management:Develop and implement recruiting strategy.Perform supervisory training for key employees.Coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office.Responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters.Safety Management:Ensure compliance with all Safety Programs.Act as or supervise Branch Safety Officer.Monitor local, state, and federal safety laws, including OSHA.Responsible for the Hazcom Program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicle requirements.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job family chart.
