We are seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our customer in Patuxent River, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:

Required Education:

Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Required Experience:

Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Functional Description:

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Analyze data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risk to products.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications:

Essential Functions:

Design mechanical fixtures and assemblies to apply controlled loading and positioning to test articles.

Design test systems for electronics components to verify analog and digital inputs and outputs.

Select and specify commercially available components (encoders, load measurement, servo motors, etc.) for test equipment.

Specify facility requirements to operate test equipment.

Generate test software/scripts for automation of test procedures.

Develop user interfaces for any test equipment (PC based, digital displays, analog outputs, etc).

Understand manufacturing constraints and overall design trade-offs.

Assemble and integrate test equipment.

Support product improvement/cost reduction initiatives.

Prepare, maintain, and adhere to project schedules and specific project management tasks, as required.

Work with NI Labview to collect and centralize production data using NI TDM data structures.
