Role Overview

The Social Media Manager is responsible for daily management, ideation, and execution of all social media operations across all channels including Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. This role will lead social strategy for all product launches, collaborations, and special projects while ensuring brand voice is consistent and best represented.

Essential Duties

Daily management of all social media operations across all channels including total ownership and daily publishing of content across all platforms.

Execution and ideation of social media strategies and content calendar initiatives across all platforms, while being aware of and supporting all key marketing initiatives.

Presentation of decks for all key launches and marketing initiatives with references, talents, teams, timelines, and rollout cadences included.

Stay up to date on social media trends, events, culture, etc.

Ensure social calendar is aligned with marketing calendar.

Ideate and execute strategies around franchise opportunities, special projects, editorials, and STAUD events.

Lead the social strategy for all product launches, collaborations, and special projects through final execution.

Ensure brand voice is best represented and consistent across all social channels from content, copy, casting, to styling and direction.

Monitor all social channels and own all community management for STAUD.

Create actionable plans and present strategies to both grow and maintain followers through key social media platforms.

Create monthly reports on social media metrics, engagement, and recommendations to optimize our social presence using relevant analytical tools, such as Google Analytics.

Take initiative in setting meetings to present, pitch, and report with Directors, Executives, and cross-functional teams.

Maintain photoshoot budget.

Support the brand and other team members as needed.

Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education

3+ years of Social Media content management experience within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.

Proven track record of successfully executing online marketing strategies and growing social media channels.

Strong creative eye and at the forefront of social trends and innovation.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to develop channel by channel goals and effectively measure success.

Keep up to date with emerging platforms and technologies.

Strong knowledge of paid media.

Strong time management skills.

Positive attitude working through tight deadlines and flexibility with ever-changing priorities.

Team player mentality.

Excellent project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Excellent budget management skills.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Hybrid work schedule (in office Tues-Thurs)
