Applicants should have some experience working with advertising campaigns in Google, Facebook or Amazon’s advertising platform. Campaign Creation
– Collaborate closely with manager to understand campaign plan and strategy. Accurately and effectively build and launch campaigns based on the campaign plan and strategy. This includes account set-up, campaign planning/organization, implementing campaign settings, and ad copywriting. Use keyword and competitor research to decide what keywords and ad copy to test within the campaigns. Launch campaigns in the digital media channels and monitor for quality assurance, conversion tracking, and performance results.Performance Analysis
– Track performance of campaigns by day, week, month, and year. Notify managers of poor campaign performance. Implement changes and new strategies ideated by managers to improve campaign performance.Campaign Management & Optimization
– Assist manager with day-to-day campaign management. Implement ad tests and optimizations, including bid changes, keyword management, ad copy edits, ad creative a/b testing, and landing page a/b testing.Manage Advertising Budget
- Track daily budget pacing and report findings to manager. With guidance from managers, execute budget changes, to ensure client budgets are adhered to.Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, economics, finance, analytics, or a related field. Relevant experience also applicable.Relevant school or internship experience- familiarity with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads through coursework, internships, or other experience.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship skills.Ability to manage tasks and support fast-paced projects.Optimal is proud to offer the following:

This role is based out of our Los Angeles office. We work on a hybrid basis at our office locations, with three days per week working in the office and two days per week working from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
