We operate with a ‘servant-based leadership’ mindset and seek to create an environment where our team members can grow both professionally and spiritually through serving our customers, communities, and each other.Job Position Description:With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and mold/odor job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion, ensuring the highest quality of service for every mold/odor job. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities:Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brandEffectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needsIdentifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influenceManaging production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/OwnerLeaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelinesCommunicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectivelyMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardEnsure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow techniciansQualifications:5+ years of experience in the restoration industry is a mustIICRC Mold certification and TX state mold license would be a huge plusExperience in equipment, asset, and financial managementManagement skills, being a team leaderExperience using softwares of the industry: Dash, Xactimate, Encircle, Symbility, DocuSketchUnderstanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while travelingAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growthStrength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammatesSpeaking fluently Spanish would be a great advantagePerks:Online Mobile CoursesCompany vehiclePaid Training for Career AdvancementOpportunity to Help People in Times of NeedAggressive Competitive Wages based on experienceHealth insurance401(k) plan
