We are seeking a talented Regional Business Development Leader - Sports Architecture to join our National Award Winning Architectural Practice! We view each project as an opportunity to create something truly unique that connects us as a community.This opportunity entails being responsible for business development efforts for a specified service line or geographic area.What You’ll Do:

Develop and nurture key customer relationships to build alliances and acquire new business.Keep abreast of federal and state initiatives and develop leads on potential projects.Direct research and analysis of business opportunities, assessing potential markets and developing recommendations for entry into new markets.Evaluate and analyze projects through financial feasibility studies, market research and planning.Develop policies and programs, initiate proposals, and negotiate with prospective clients.Spearhead new business development initiatives, build business cases, and negotiate.Ensure achievement of strategic revenue objectives for assigned market or industry segment.Play a critical role in securing new customer and partner relationships as well as managing existing clients.Network with industry leaders and opinion makers.Build and share a vision on how the firm can best take advantage of market trends and opportunities.Manage projects, prioritize resources, and lead activities necessary to drive revenue in these accounts.Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.Perform other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree and 15 years related experienceWhat We Prefer:

Licensed Architect or Registered EngineerBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior DesignAdditional Information
