seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Scottsdale, AZ area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Scottsdale, AZ with projects throughout the country. The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in commercial construction with experience building Data Centers. Path is looking for people with great technical skills, good communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.Duties for Senior Project Managers include :Leading and managing a project team in building successful projectsCost control for full P+L responsibilityManaging day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliersContract administrationProcurementEstimatingPay requestsChange ordersRequests for informationCost controlSchedulingTracking submittalsSafety controlsMaintaining and delivering a high level of qualityMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture7+ years construction experience including Data CentersPrimavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experienceOccasional travel (1-3 days per month)Estimating experience is a plusProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbout the CompanyFounded in 2008,
