Your expertise in finance and accounting principles will be crucial in keeping precise financial records and adhering to regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to promote efficient financial managementPreparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPerform day to day accounting functions of accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow managementWork to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalancesAbility to work with minimal supervision, take direction, prioritize, project manage and be well organizedAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationProficient in utilizing accounts receivable software and managing client billing processesProvide leadership in developing financial systems, by either repairing or replacing those currently in placeStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataAssume additional duties as appropriate to the positionQualifications:In-person position – San Luis ObispoBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldFive+ years of progressive responsible experience in a senior level accounting/finance position preferredCompensation:

Pay is market competitive and based on your experience $80-110k
