Specifically, you will:Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.Communicate timely with internal and external clients via various channels.Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet and exceed their expectations.Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.Resolve conflicts and handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances.Sell and influence both internal and external clients.Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solutions.Ensure high-quality service by understanding guest needs.Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs.What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
