Reporting To: Vice President of AdministrationWho Reports to You: HR GeneralistWhere You Work: Washington, DC (Onsite)Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000Your Role (Responsibilities):

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain compensation plan and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.What We NEED You to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.10+ years of working experience within Human resourcesDemonstrable experience with setting and achieving HR metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Proven success building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyWhat We WANT You to Have:

Any Human Resource Certifications (ex: CHRP, SHRM -CP, HRIP)Experience working within the AEC industryExperience with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO)What you get:
