Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Ketryx, a fast-growing SaaS software company based in Boston, MA. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in B2B software sales to build the sales team and playbook and ultimately grow a team for a technology company working with public companies.

About You

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business in a B2B software sales environment.

Strong understanding of SaaS software solutions and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and effectively navigate complex sales cycles.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

About the Role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to create customized sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that address client requirements.

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS software solutions.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and facilitate long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Candidates based in the Greater Boston area preferred. Candidates based in Chicago, Minneapolis, or San Diego will also be considered for this position.
