Duties/Responsibilities:
Take ownership of all aspects of the color guard.
Recruitment and retention of members.
Teaching and cleaning of drill, dance, and equipment.
Ability to write is preferred.
Skills/Experience:
Highly organized individual.
Strong skills in teaching, marching, visual, choreography, and performance.
DCI and/or WGI experience is preferred but not required.
Possibility of adding a winter guard does exist.
Salary commensurate with experience.
