We continue to grow through acquisitions and are in search of driven individuals who desire an opportunity to grow and apply their skills to help us attain our goals.The Project Sales Associate is primarily responsible for helping customers find materials to complete their projects.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Answer customer questions on how to accomplish their goals.Order non-stock items such as windows or doors for customers.Order stock items for specific sections of the store.Put merchandise away as needed.Count inventory located in the store.Talk with contractors about future projects they have coming up.Design decks and garages.Qualifications & Requirements:Basic computer and math skills.Customer service skills and sales experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and dependable.Maintains a great attitude and is a team player.Once eligible, you will participate in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), a unique benefit that can provide a financial source for your future/retirement that very few companies offer.
