Join Sanofi’s Contract Excellence team as an Audit Director, Supplier Contract Audit, where you’ll lead the strategy and performance of supplier contract audits. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing Sanofi’s relationship with its suppliers, maximizing the value of its contracts with these suppliers throughout the verification of the supplier’s adherence to the agreed upon contractual provisions and more generally the improvement of supplier governance.At Sanofi, we are an innovative global healthcare company committed to transforming the lives of people worldwide. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to chasing the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.Main Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of the Supplier Contract Audit Plan and target segmentation activities and develop appropriate risk-based audit procedures.Execute detailed supplier contract audits to assess adherence to agreed upon financial and contractual terms, including the documentation and reporting of instances of non-compliance and potential improvements.Manage and oversee auditors and data analysts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm financial findings and monitor action plan implementation.Partner with Contract Excellence and Procurement Services teams to support the simplification and standardization of contract processes, to strengthen the contracting control environment and third-party governance.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and the business.Develop and maintain Supplier Contract Audit expertise across the Supplier Contract Audit team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice.About youBA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline.Extensive experience in public accounting, external/internal audit. Substantial experience in procurement and suppliers' management is also valuable.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and IIA Standards.Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
