This position is a leadership role responsible for harnessing advanced analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to transform data into actionable intelligence. The role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for design to ensure the deliverability of insights in an understandable and visually appealing manner. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, this individual will champion the use of data to enhance business outcomes, ensuring analytics practices are aligned with the organization's goals.Essential FunctionsGuides the development and implementation of the organization's analytics strategy, promoting a data-driven culture.Leads the effort to bring all business partners and IT stakeholders to one initiative for information delivery and analytics.Acts as the primary liaison for analytics initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for leveraging data for strategic advantage.Oversees the design and delivery of data visualizations and reports that clearly communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.Establishes and maintains best practices in analytics, including data governance, data quality, and analytics methodologies. Explore and adopt innovative analytics tools and techniques.Ensures analytics activities comply with data privacy and protection regulations.Implement policies and procedures for data governance.Works with IT and business units to develop and implement analytics solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.Develops metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives and their impact on business goals.Promotes data literacy across the organization through training sessions and ongoing support for data-driven decision-making.Lead a team of business, analytics and IT resources to achieve a common goal of improving information delivery across all lines of businessSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant position.Applicable work experience includes advanced programming, data management and/or statistical analysis skills dependent on

using technology to work efficiently with datasets.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - experience using pivot tables, formulas, macros,

etc.Strong background in data visualization tools (i.e., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.Advanced skills in data visualization and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible format.An advanced ability to interact with various database and file storage systems (including cloud environment data warehouse platforms.)Data manipulation languages such as SQL.Inquisitiveness, along with the ability to think logically and systematically to analyze and evaluate alternate solutions.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into analytics strategies.Deep understanding of analytics best practices and industry trends.Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and anticipate stakeholder needs.High level of professionalism and ethical standards in handling confidential information.Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential along with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to instruct others, interpret documents, and write reports and correspondence.Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
