Current Opportunity: Director of Business Solutions

Location: Raleigh, NC.Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or Remote (in the US) depending on your location.Applicant must live in the United States.

What you will do:

Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Business Solutions. This position will be an integral part of the sales team and will involve consultative selling of the services and products offered by the Diversity Movement, a Workplace Options Company. The primary role of the Director of Business Solutions is to generate agreed volumes of new business revenue across the Private, Third & Intermediary sectors. The position requires strong selling skills combined with the ability to build strong business relationships at the highest level and to professionally represent Workplace Options at all times.

Responsibilities:Meet annual sales quota selling employee benefits and support services.Cultivate a deep knowledge of our products, solutions, and service offerings along with an understanding of competitors’ offerings.Identify market and partnership opportunities, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline aligned with targets.Generate new leads, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, lead and facilitate pitch logistics.Respond to sales opportunities including proposals, presentations, meetings, follow up, and contracts.Consult with business leaders and senior management for input to sales and marketing strategies.Monitor and manage sales and marketing metrics and performance indicators to maximize all elements of the selling processes.Build relationships across the organization and strategically leverage those resources to help secure new business.Identify and cultivate new prospects and work with current clients to service and enhance existing relationships.Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects.Develop and leverage 3rd party relationships such as brokers and consultants or established resellers.Create and maintain a database of prospect clients and track performance within CRM system (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Netsuite a plus).

Qualifications/Skills:

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:Bachelor’s degree.8 or more years of consultative sales experience.Compelling oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals for large applications deals.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues and make responsible decisions.Consulting experience with companies with $20M in annual revenue (preferably DEI, HR or Management Consulting) with a minimum annual quota of $1M.An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter approach to work.
